The above examples are to be used only as a guide. This is because we are unable to determine how much equipment is needed or if it is indeed cost-effective to install until the venue has been inspected.
The figures above are based on a medium sized venue being supplied with good quality equipment for a minimum of six months. Obviously the more equipment you have or the more expensive equipment you have the higher the rental charge. As a rule of thumb the fee is approximately 1.5% of the value of the equipment to buy new, per week. Therefore @ £40 per week you would receive approximately £3,000 worth of equipment.
You have total control over the sound output and so, instead of relying on multi-play jukebox, you are able to choose what you want to hear, when you want to hear it. This will enable you to adapt the music depending on your customers needs. For example, if you're serving lunches for OAPs you can play a dinner jazz compilation, but later in the evening when you may attract a younger crowd you can play suitable contemporary pop music. You can also bridge the gap before a DJ starts or where possible delete the need altogether for a DJ or limit the hours that you need a DJ for and subsequently reduce their fee accordingly.
In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction we will replace/repair it within 24 hours NO QUIBBLE. I would add that this is a very rare occurence as we only use top quality, industry standard reliable equipment.
