Essential Entertainments provide professional PA systems for all types of events. Ranging from a simple 2 speaker set up suitable for school fetes etc right up to complex multi speaker arrangements for larger scale public events such as Custom Car Shows, Fireworks Displays and Outdoor Concerts.

Our 3 main concerns are Public Safety, Our Safety and Quality of Sound. All staff are highly experienced in setting up and running speaker systems in an outdoor environment. Great care is taken in decisions as to where cables are run, as to the site of the amplication point or PA room (on larger events) and to the chosen site for the actual speakers.

As far as the quality of the sound is concerned we tend not to have any problems as we use top end industry standard PA equipment which sounds excellent and moreover is safe and reliable. Our Fees are dependent on many variables the most obvious of which is the amount of equipment that is needed, however, there are many factors which may contribute to price variations such as; Distance To Travel, Extended Hours, Extremely Early Set Ups, Start & Finish Time, Anticipated Number of Guests, Size of Arena, Ease of access, Quantity, Personal Visits, Day/Time of the Year etc.

In Other words,  the more you want the more it costs but I think you will find our fees very competitive. As a rough guide we have some examples of recent events shown below.

The above prices are meant as a guide only  as we are fully aware that as each event may vary so may the price. Essential Entertainments will provide professional Disc Jockeys for every occasion. We have specialist DJ's for themed nights or when you just want a bias towards one type of music. We work in both the public and private sector and have our clients vary from local businesses to heads of state, VIP's etc.

The above prices are based on regular work of up to 3 hours duration. Obviously the longer the DJ is required the higher the fee. Prices are not set in stone but please find below some common examples of longer duration events such as weddings, hotel gigs etc.

Other factors that will contribute to price variations will be Distance to travel, Extended Hours, Daytime or extremely early Set ups, DJ's attire, Start & Finish Time, Number of guests, Ease of access, Personal Visits, Day of the Year, Quantity etc.

So, for example a DJ required to wear a suit for a five hour gig starting at 10 pm and finishing at 3 am which needs to be set up in the daytime and needs a lot of equipment because there are over 500 guests and the equipment needs to be carried up the back fire escape because there is no other way in on Christmas Eve in Scotland for a one off gig would cost considerably more than a 2 and a half hour disco on a regular monday night in a pub. Basically the more you want the more it costs but I think you will find our fees very competitive.
